CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Washing: Machine wash at 30°C. Turn inside out before washing to protect the badge and any printing. Wash with similar colours.
Drying: Air dry where possible. Do not tumble dry — heat damages the fabric and any printed details.
Ironing: Do not iron directly on the badge, sponsor, or any printed areas. If ironing is needed, turn inside out and use a low heat setting.
Storage: Hang or fold flat. Avoid leaving damp — air fully before storing.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from dispatch, though orders are frequently delivered sooner depending on stock availability and your location. Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays and customs processing.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive tracking information within 24-48 hours of your order being dispatched. Once your tracking number is active, you can use it to monitor your shipment in real time.
